Bug fixes
- Excessive logging would fill the device disk. It is strongly recommended to upgrade to v4.1.1. In some cases, the previous version of the software might not start at all. To remediate this issue a complete reinstall using the Installer is required.
4.1.0
The Data Diode Engine v4.1.0 introduces custom hardware as deploy target.
Summary
The DD Engine is a proxy software designed to work seamlessly with hardware data diodes to enable secure, one-way data flows between network zones. This makes for a modular implementation which allows the customer to choose the host machines on which the proxies run. The firmware includes a hardened Debian OS and support for several services, allowing protocol specific data transfer.
